EXPERIENCE

Mr. Lebo interned and became registered while working with Moses & Associates, Inc. He has been with the firm since 1982 and is now a principal of the company. As team leader and project manager, his experience has included field surveys, energy analyses, and the development of energy conservation measures and he has been responsible for the HVAC design for many large projects. His knowledge of CADD and use of computer modeling ensures optimized selection and application of building systems. A certified Technical Assistance Analyst for the State of Florida, Mr. Lebo has conducted surveys and prepared Technical Assistance Program reports on over 200 institutional buildings under the National Energy Conservation Policy Act
